Gentile is my Grandfather on my mother's side. He was a farmer and had a small farm. The family lived off the crops grown by himself, and so Gentiel also baked his own bread. Sourdough was the basis there. In honor of my Grandfather, we started the idea of introducing sourdough bread back to our customers. And with great success.
Our breads are special, unique, different, nutritious, flavorful. At least those are the words we get to hear from our customers, when we ask them to describe the bread of our Gentiel brand. A process of time, provides the taste. The taste to yet.
The names of the bread products are linked to the family names, of my Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts, a nice uniqueness of our bread.
