About Gentiel
Gentile. My grandfather on my mother's side.
A farmer, a family of 8 children. In those days, everything was self-supplied on the farm. For example, bread was baked every 2 weeks. Bread with sourdough, which was baked in a wood oven fired with willow branches.
My mother told me that the bread kept for a long time, and was completely different from today's bread.
With this approach, we went back to the basics, but with today's techniques.
Thus, we re-created the taste of the past, in our bread products.
A taste appreciated by many, and we dedicate this ode to my grandfather Gentiel. Pepé, I am proud to use your name for this.
